Purpose of the Festival

Here at the home of Master Yeonam’s Silhak, this festival commemorates the achievements of Silhak master, Yeonam Park Ji-won who served as the local magistrate in Anuihyeon, popularized waterwheels and actively implemented his studies on Silhak and, aims to bring together nature, people and arts by encouraging local residents and tourists to actively participate in the festival.
