How to Consume Wild-Simulated Ginseng

  • Separate the rhizome and chew it well and eat it slowly before going to bed or early in the morning on an empty stomach.
  • Leaves and stems are consumed decocted but those collected in early spring can be consumed raw.

1L of water per 37.5g of wild-simulated ginseng to half of what it was.
